Tzatziki Sauces

Tzatziki sauce is made from drained (or hung) yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, olive oil, vinegar and fresh dill (or sometimes mint). It's of Greek origin so you find it often served on Gyro sandwiches or as a condiment for grilled lamb or other meats. It can also be used as a dip with vegetables or even as a salad dressing.
