Fun Food Holidays™ December 11th is National Noodle Ring Day

A noodle ring is basically a pasta casserole that is baked in a ring pan, then completely removed from its pan prior to slicing and serving (unlike most casseroles). The secret lies in using flat noodles and binding ingredients like flour, eggs, breadcrumbs, and cheese. For scoring high in appearance and taste, today is National Noodle Ring Day!
