If you're not familiar with spumoni, you've probably at least seen this delicious Italian ice cream with brown, pink, and green layers representing the chocolate, cherries, and pistachios that are chopped and frozen inside! What a cool idea to celebrate National Spumoni Day during the dog days of summer!
