Q	I can't remember my site password
Q	I want to change my password. The one I received when I signed up is impossible to remember. How do I change it to something easier?
A	When you sign up, a random password is emailed to you. This is to verify that you are a real person signing up and not an automated "bot". When you receive that password you can log in. Once logged in using the random password you can change your password to something easier to remember. To do this click on "update user info" - it's a yellow tab across the top of your recipEbox. Also, there is a link on the homepage of your recipEbox (your homepage is where you land when you first log in) that will get you to the same place. Enter your old password and a new password and click the submit button. Next time you log in you will need to enter your NEW password. × close still have a question?
