Q	I can't remember my site password
Q	I want to change my password. The one I received when I signed up is impossible to remember. How do I change it to something easier?
Q	I can't log in, what am I doing wrong?
A	First, make sure you have your correct username and password. You can verify this by requesting your password be emailed to you. It is important to note that you MUST not block cookies (either in your browser or antivirus software) from CDKitchen. Cookies are needed to save your login information while you browse the site. Once you exit the site and close your browser these cookies are removed so it is safe (and necessary) to allow them. When logging in make sure you are typing everything exactly as it was entered originally (again, you can verify this by requesting your password be emailed to you). If you used uppercase letters then you must type in uppercase letters, etc. Username and password are case sensitive which means if your password is "FoodFanatic" you must enter it exactly. "foodfanatic" won't work, neither will "FOODFANATIC". If you are still having problems logging in after trying all of the above, let us know. Provide us with any error messages you see on the page, etc. 99% of the time the problem is either typing in the info wrong or blocking cookies. × close still have a question?
