I'm Back.... (sorta)

Hi. Remember me? I know, it's been a while. I knew when we started the CDKitchen blog that it was going to be a balancing act to keep up regular postings. I'll have months where I have the time to work in a post here and there and then other times... bam! My freetime is gone.


Hence, the lack of posts lately.



To further complicate things around here we just had our home and offices painted. Everything turned out fantastic but it took about three weeks of packing up everything leading up to the painting, then a week to actually have the painting done. I'm finally back at my desk, but my office is still in a state of disarray. 



You may also have noticed that Foodie Friday has gone away. I won't go into all the details as to why, but with all the restrictions on what blogs we could feature on CDKitchen was making it a bit difficult to keep up with. So, as a result I'm working on an entirely new website that will feature these fantastic blogs even better. Stay tuned for an announcement on that, I'm hoping to have it up and running in about a week.



Believe it or not I actually have been cooking during all this chaos. I just haven't had any time to write reviews or process the photos but you should start seeing them trickle out soon.



We did test a tasty margarita recipe yesterday, in preparation for Cinco de Mayo of course.
