Making Your Own Croutons (Method #2)

To make croutons, cut white or whole-grain bread into 3/4-inch cubes. Arrange on baking sheet and mist with cooking spray and sprinkle with powdered garlic. Broil until golden, about 3 minutes. Stir to expose the untoasted sides. Mist with cooking spray and broil another 2-3 minutes.
