Directions: In a small skillet over medium-high heat, saute onion and jalapeno in olive oil until tender, 2 to 3 minutes.
Place shredded cheese in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave 20 seconds. Stir, then microwave in 10-second intervals, stirring after each, until melted and smooth.
Place sauteed onions and jalapenos in a small crock or serving dish. Add melted cheese, then milk; stir until smooth. Top with pico de gallo.
Serve with chips and/or vegetables for dipping.
