Ingredients: 3 pounds chicken wings 1/2 cup butter or margarine 1 cup soy sauce 1 cup brown sugar 3/4 cup water 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Directions: Remove the tips from the wings. Separate the wings at the joint, if desired. Place the wings in a baking pan.
Combine the butter, soy sauce, sugar, water, and mustard in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring frequently, until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from the heat and let cool.
Pour the sauce mixture over the wings. Cover the pan and refrigerate for 2 hours (or up to 8 hours), turning the wings occasionally to coat in the sauce.
When ready to cook the wings, preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Remove the cover and place the pan in the oven and bake at 375 degrees F for 1 1/4 hours or until the wings are cooked through. Turn the wings occasionally while cooking.
Remove the wings from the pan and place on a serving tray. Serve hot.
