Ingredients: 8 chicken legs or other chicken parts 1/2 cup flour 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon paprika corn oil
Directions: Combine flour, salt, pepper and paprika in a small shallow dish. Coat chicken pieces with the flour mixture.
In a large skillet, heat 1/4-inch corn oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and quickly brown on all sides. Drain on paper towels. Place in slow cooker, keeping as much skin exposed as possible.
Cover and cook on low 4-5 hours or until chicken is tender and cooked through; do not add liquid.
