Ingredients: 1 cup sugar 5 tablespoons water 2 egg whites 1 dash cream of tartar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions: Beat egg whites and cream of tartar together till stiff. Bring sugar and water to full rolling boil, and add to egg whites continuing to beat till all is stiff. Beat in vanilla.
