
Beef Noodle Soup

1 can (48 ounce size) fat-free beef broth
1 can (28 ounce size) crushed tomatoes, undrained
1 1/2 pound cooked beef, cut into bite-size pieces
1 cup chopped onion
2 cups frozen or canned sliced carrots
1 cup chopped celery
2 cups uncooked egg noodles
Combine the broth, tomatoes, beef, onion, carrots, and celery in the crock pot. Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 3 hours or until the vegetables are soft.
Turn the crock pot to high. Add the noodles and stir well so they are submerged in liquid. Cover the crock pot and cook on high for 1 hour or until the noodles are tender.
Serve hot. Adjust seasoning as needed before serving.
