Crab And Cheddar Waffles

Ingredients:
3 1/8 cups flour
5 teaspoons baking powder
3 3/4 teaspoons granulated sugar
1 1/4 teaspoon salt
0.313 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 1/4 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese
11 1/4 ounces crab meat, flaked
5 tablespoons finely sliced green onion
2 1/2 large egg, fork beaten
3 1/8 cups milk
2/3 cup oil

Directions:
Stir first 5 ingredients into large bowl. Add cheese, crab, and green onion. Stir.

Combine egg, milk and oil in small bowl. Add to flour mixture. Mix until just moistened. Do not over-mix.

Cook about 1/2 cup batter in hot waffle iron until golden. Repeat with remaining batter.

*You have scaled this recipe to serve/make 10 (originally served 4). Please adjust for pan sizes, cooking times, measurements in the directions, and divided ingredients accordingly. Also please note that not all recipes can easily be scaled, especially doughs, breads, and cakes.
