Mushroom Chicken In Sour Cream Sauce

Ingredients:
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
6 skinless, bone-in chicken breast halves
1 can (10.75 ounce size) cream of mushroom soup
1 container (8 ounce size) sour cream
1/2 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
1/2 pound sliced fresh mushrooms

Directions:
Combine the salt, pepper, paprika, lemon pepper, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Rub the chicken on all sides with the seasoning mixture. Place the chicken in the bottom of the crock pot.

In another bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and wine.

Add the fresh mushrooms to the crock pot. Pour the cream of mushroom soup mixture evenly over the chicken and mushrooms.

Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 4 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through.

Serve the mushroom chicken in sour cream sauce over rice, mashed potatoes, or couscous.
