Ingredients: 4 flour tortillas, (6 inch size) 1 cup shredded Colby & Monterey jack cheese 1/4 cup chopped, cooked, and drained bacon 1/4 cup sliced green onion
Directions: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a baking sheet.
Place the tortillas on a work surface. Place 1/4 cup of the cheese on the top half of each tortilla. Add 1 tablespoon of the bacon and one tablespoon of green onion.
Fold the tortillas in half, pressing gently to seal them closed.
Place the folded tortillas in a single layer on the baking sheet. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake at 400 degrees F for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Remove from the oven and cut into wedges. Serve hot.
