
Sweet And Sour BBQ Sauce

2 cups cider vinegar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup mustard
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring, until the brown sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat and let cool to room temperature.
Use immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Best if made a day ahead of time.
