
Pork With Apples

3 apples, cored and sliced (peeled if desired)
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 pounds pork roast
Place the apple slices in the bottom of the crock pot. In a bowl, mix together the sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Rub on all sides of the pork. Place the pork on top of the apples. Sprinkle any remaining cinnamon mixture over the top.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 6 hours or until the pork roast is cooked through.
Remove the pork from the crock pot and cut into serving pieces. Serve the pork with the apples.
