
Cup of Vegetable Soup Mix

1/3 cup dried vegetable flakes
1 tablespoon cracked wheat (bulger)
1 tablespoon pasta, broken up
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1 pinch garlic powder
1 pinch onion powder
salt and pepper, to taste
To prepare: 2 cups boiling stock (vegetable, beef, chicken, etc)
Place dried ingredients in a pan. Pour boiling stock over and let sit covered for 2 minutes while vegetables rehydrate.
You can also divide the dried veggies into mugs and pour stock over the top.
