Baking Mix Belgian Waffles
CDKitchen https://www.cdkitchen.com
Serves/Makes: 4    |   Ready In: < 30 minutes

Ingredients:
2 cups original Bisquick baking mix
1 1/3 cup milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 egg

Directions:
Preheat a Belgian waffle maker and grease as recommended by the waffle maker manufacturer.

Combine the Bisquick baking mix, milk, oil, and egg in a bowl. Mix well with a wire whisk or rotary beater until the mixture is smooth.

Pour the waffle batter by the amount recommended by the manufacturer (usually just slightly under 1 cup) onto the center of the waffle grid. Close the lid and cook for 3-5 minutes or until the steaming stops and the waffle is golden brown.

Remove the waffle from the iron and let it reheat if needed before repeating with the remaining batter.
