10 large tomatoes, seeded & sliced
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon sugar
Place tomatoes in crockpot. Cover; cook on low for 4-6 hours.
Pour the tomatoes and liquid from the crock pot through a fine-mesh sieve or through several layers of cheesecloth into a bowl.
Season the juice with the salts, pepper, and sugar (adjusting amounts as needed).
Mix well. Pour into a covered container and chill well.
