Ingredients: 1 pound lean ground beef 1/2 cup barbecue sauce 4 tablespoons pickle relish 4 tablespoons chopped onion 4 hot dog buns yellow mustard, to taste
Directions: Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
Combine the beef, barbecue sauce, relish, and onion in a bowl. Mix well. Divide the beef mixture into approximately 1/4-pound amounts. Form each into the shape of a hot dog.
Place the burger dogs on the grill or in the skillet and cook, turning as needed, until browned and cooked through.
Place the burgers in hot dog buns. Drizzle with mustard and serve immediately.
