
Bacon Cheddar Cheese Ball

2 packages (8 ounce size) cream cheese, softened
1/2 pound finely shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onions
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tablespoons minced pimiento
3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Form the cheese mixture into a ball and cover in plastic wrap. Place in the refrigerator overnight.
Remove the cheese ball from the refrigerator 15 minutes before ready to serve. Serve with crackers.
