Ingredients: 1/4 cup lukewarm water 6 ounces beer, at room temperature 1 1/2 tablespoon oil 1/8 cup sugar 3/4 teaspoon salt 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour 1 package (.25 ounce size) dry active yeast
Directions: Combine the ingredients in the bread machine in the order recommended by your bread machine manufacturer.
Set the bread machine to white bread with a medium color crust.
When the bake cycle is complete, remove the bread pan from the machine and let the bread cool in the pan for 5 minutes. Remove the bread from the pan and let cool on a wire rack.
Store the beer bread in an airtight container.
