Ingredients: 4 cups sugar (cane sugar) 1/4 pound butter to grease pans 1 1/3 cup corn syrup 2 cups water
Directions: Boil to hard crack 290 degrees F, then pour into chilled and buttered pie plates or baking pans. Cut while still pliable with grape shears.
