Ingredients: ***Ginger Tea Syrup*** 6 green tea bags or spoonfuls of loose tea 1 cup sugar 1 cup water 3 ounces fresh ginger, sliced ***For Cocktail*** 10 fresh mint leaves 1/2 cup ginger tea syrup 3 cups club soda 1 lime
Directions: Simmer all tea syrup ingredients in a saucepan until sugar is dissolved, about 5-7 minutes. Strain and chill syrup.
Muddle mint with syrup and place in a pitcher of ice. Fill to top of pitcher with club soda. Stir and add a squeeze of lime. Serve garnished with lime wedges or mint leaves.
