Ingredients: 1 package (10 ounce size) frozen raspberries, thawed 1 pint vanilla ice cream 1 package (3 ounce size) raspberry gelatin powder 2 cups raspberry juice (with water added) 1 can (6 ounce size) pink lemonade, thawed and undiluted
Directions: Drain raspberries, reserving syrup. Put juice from raspberries and enough water to make in saucepan and bring to boil. Dissolve gelatin in boiling liquid.
Immediately add ice cream by spoonfuls. Use whisk to stir in ice cream until melted. Stir in lemonade. Chill in bowl until partially set.
Fold in raspberries and put into lightly greased 6-cup mold. Chill until firm.
