1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1/4 cup nonfat sour cream alternative
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Stir with a wire whisk until blended.
Cover and chill. Serve over shredded cabbage.
