I honestly couldn't believe it was so hard to find just the basic vinegar and oil instructions. All the other recipes I looked at had other herbs and things I didn't want in my dressing. I just didn't know what balance of vinegar and oil to use and didn't want to waste time and ingredients guessing. I followed these basic but helpful instructions and had a very nice dressing. Thank you for making it so simple!! Not every recipe has to be some fusion mess and sometimes people need just a simple, basic recipe!
