
Bacon & Egg Souffle

6 eggs
2 cups milk
6 slices bread, cubed
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1 pound bacon, fried & crumbled
Brown bacon. Beat eggs, add milk, salt, mustard, then add cheese and bacon. Grease 8 x 8 inch pan and put bread cubes into pan. Add egg mixture. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 45 minutes.
