
Air-Fried Pork Chops

1/2 cup Dijon mustard
4 pork loin chops (3/4-inch thick)
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Preheat the oven to broil.
Spread the mustard evenly on both sides of the pork chops.
In a shallow dish, combine the bread crumbs, salt, black pepper, and cayenne. Dredge the pork chops in the crumbs so both sides are evenly coated.
Oven Directions: Place the pork chops on a wire rack set over a baking sheet. Place the sheet in the oven about 4 inches from the heating element.
Cook, turning once, until the pork chops are golden brown (about 5 minutes per side). Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
Air Fryer Directions: Place the pork chops in the air fryer (in a single layer if possible) and cook at 400 degrees F for 8-10 minutes per side or until cooked through.
