Ingredients: 1/3 cup all-purpose flour 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon paprika 3 large baking potatoes 1/3 cup milk 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted & divided ***SOUR CREAM DIP*** 2 cups sour cream 8 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled 2 tablespoons snipped chives 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions: In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the flour, parmesan cheese and paprika. cut each potato in 8 wedges, dip in the milk. Place in the bag a few at a time and shake to coat. Place in a greased 15x10x1" baking pan. Drizzle with half the butter. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes.
Turn wedges, drizzle with remaining butter, bake for 20 minutes longer or till potatoes are tender and golden brown.
Dip: combine all ingredients and chill until ready to use. Serve with potato wedges.
