Brownie Christmas Trees

Ingredients:
1 package brownie mix (approximately 1 pound size), plus ingredients necessary to make brownies
1 tub prepared white frosting
green food coloring
1 package chocolate candy coated candies for decorating (or something else you wish to decorate with)
1 cup mini baking bits or chocolate chips (optional)
Directions:
Grease the bottom of a 15" x 10" x 1" or a 11" x 7" x 1" baking pan.*
Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. For extra rich brownies, stir 1 cup mini baking bits or chocolate chips into batter.
Spread batter evenly into greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes. Cool completely.
Use a cookie cutter to cut out into tree shapes. Add a few drops green food coloring to frosting. Frost brownie trees and decorate with candies. Store covered.
* Pan can be lined with aluminum foil for easy removal of brownies. Grease bottom of foil-lined pan.
