Ingredients: 3/4 cup yellow corn meal 1 cup flour 1/4 cup sugar 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup sour cream 1/4 cup milk 1 egg, beaten 2 tablespoons margarine or butter, melted
Directions: Mix just to moisten. Pour into a 8 x 8 inch greased pan. Bake at 425 degrees F for 20 minutes.
