Ingredients: 1 round steak 1 package beef flavored quick rice 1 can mushroom soup 1 soup can milk
Directions: Cut round steak into equal portions, and tenderize if desired. Put steak into bottom of casserole dish. Empty entire contents of rice box over steak. Mix soup and milk together and pour over steak and rice.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 45-60 minutes. When moisture is gone from rice, this dish is ready.
