Ingredients: 1/2 cup warm water 2 large egg whites 4 tablespoons fruity olive oil 3 tablespoons sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 cups bread flour 1 1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
Directions: Add ingredients to the bread pan according to the manufacturer's instructions. Use the Basic settings.
Turn the bread out as soon as it is done and cool on a rack. Wrap Italian Angel Food bread in foil for the best storage.
