
Baked Seafood Casserole

1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
3 cups cooked seafood (crab meat, shrimp, lobster, oysters)
salt and pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup bread crumbs
3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon parsley
4 tablespoons butter
Saute onion in 2 tablespoons butter until tender.
Mix together peppers, celery, seafood, seasonings (no cheese), Worcestershire sauce and sauteed onions. Stir in mayonnaise. Mix well to blend. Pour into casserole or individual custard cups, ramekins or souffle dishes. Mix crumbs with remaining melted butter and Parmesan cheese.
Bake 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
