Ingredients: 1 package (8 ounce size) vermicelli 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper 1/4 cup salad oil 1/2 pound sliced mushrooms 6 green onions (sliced) 1 large carrot (shredded) 1 green bell pepper 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Directions: Prepare vermicelli. Cook mushrooms, green onions, green pepper and carrot in hot oil until tender.
Spoon mixture in vermicelli. Add soy sauce, sugar and crushed red pepper. Toss gently.
