
No-Dough Blueberry Peach Cobbler

1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup milk
2 cups fresh sliced peeled peaches
2 cups fresh blueberries
1/2 cup sugar
Melt butter in 2 1/2 quart baking dish. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, 3/4 cup sugar and baking powder. Add milk and stir until blended. Spoon batter over butter in baking dish, but do not stir.
Combine peaches, blueberries and 1/2 cup sugar, then spoon over batter. Do not stir.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 to 55 minutes until dough is lightly brown. Serve warm with ice cream, if desired.
