Ingredients: 2 2/3 cups all-purpose flour 1 3/4 cup milk 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast 1/4 cup water 2 tablespoons sugar 1/4 cup butter 1 teaspoon salt 3 eggs
Directions: Combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
Heat milk, water, butter until very warm (120 to 130 degrees F). Butter does not need to melt. Add to flour mixture. Add eggs.
Using electric mixer, blend at low speed until moistened. Beat one minute at medium speed. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and foil. Put in refrigerator several hours or overnight.
Next morning, let sit out about 15 minutes and bake as waffle iron directs.
