Ingredients: 4 salmon steaks (6-8 ounce size, about 1-inch thick) 1/2 cup steak sauce 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 teaspoons sugar 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 cup minced fresh parsley 1/4 cup chopped green onions 1/4 cup lemon juice
Directions: Place the salmon in a shallow, non-reactive dish. Combine the steak sauce, garlic, sugar, black pepper, parsley, green onions, and lemon juice in a bowl. Mix well. Pour 1/2 cup of the lemon-parsley mixture over the salmon steaks. Place the remaining sauce in a covered container in the refrigerator.
Cover the salmon and refrigerate for 1 hour. Turn the fish every 20 minutes to coat it in the marinade.
Preheat a grill to medium heat. Grease the grill grates.
Remove the fish from the marinade and place on the grill. Discard the used marinade. Grill the salmon steaks for 4-6 minutes per side, basting the fish frequently with the reserved lemon-parsley mixture. Cook until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serve the grilled lemon-parsley salmon steaks immediately.
