
Cranberry Jello Mold

1 package (3 ounce size) red gelatin powder
1 cup boiling water
3/4 cup chilled pineapple juice
1 can (15 ounce size) whole berry cranberry sauce
1 cup diced apple
1/3 cup chopped pecans
Combine the gelatin powder and boiling water in a heat-proof bowl. Stir until the gelatin is dissolved.
Stir in the pineapple juice and cranberry sauce. Place the bowl in the refrigerator and chill until the gelatin has thickened slightly, about 30 minutes.
Stir the apples and pecans into the gelatin mixture. Pour the mixture into a 4-cup mold and place in the refrigerator until set, about 3 hours. When set, unmold the jello onto a serving platter. Serve chilled.
