Ingredients: 1 cup chickpea flour 1/2 cup water, or as needed salt and seasonings, as desired
Directions: Place the flour in a shallow bowl. Slowly whisk in the water to make a batter. Let the mixture sit for 15-30 minutes. Stir the batter and add additional water as needed. Add seasonings as desired.
Use as a batter for deep-frying vegetables or other foods.
