Ingredients: 1 cup packed brown sugar 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour 1 (8-inch size) pie crust
Directions: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Combine the brown sugar, heavy whipping cream, and flour in a mixing bowl. Beat on medium speed with an electric mixer until the pie filling is smooth.
Pour the filling into the pie crust. Place the sugar pie in the oven and bake at 400 degrees F for 30 minutes or until it is the consistency of firm pudding.
Remove the pie from the oven and let cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes, if serving warm. If serving chilled, let the pie cool completely then place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Store any leftovers in a covered container in the refrigerator.
