
Grilled Yellow Fin Tuna Steak

1 tuna steak per person
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 cup Tamari soy sauce, wheat-free
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup melted butter
Clean tuna steak with salt water and vinegar. Mix garlic, tamari, butter and pepper to make marinade. Marinate at least 1 hour.
Put steaks on hot grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until steaks start to flake. As steaks are cooking, pour a little marinade on them. Do NOT over cook.
