Ingredients: 1 package (3 ounce size) raspberry gelatin 1 cup boiling water 1 package (10 ounce size) frozen raspberries, not thawed 1 cup applesauce 1 cup sour cream 1 cup miniature marshmallows
Directions: In large mixing bowl dissolve gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water and add frozen raspberries. Stir until thawed. Stir in applesauce. Pour into a 8" square pan. Chill until set.
Combine sour cream and marshmallows. Spread on top of gelatin. Cover and chill 1 to 2 hours. Cut into squares to serve.
