Ingredients: 2 pounds ground beef 1 large onion, finely chopped 1 can (15 ounce size) kidney beans, rinsed and drained 1 can (18 ounce size) pork and beans, undrained 1 can (20 ounce size) pineapple chunks, undrained 1 cup ketchup 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup white vinegar
Directions: Heat a Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, stirring frequently, until the meat is no longer pink. Drain off any excess grease.
Add the onion, kidney beans, pork and beans, pineapple, ketchup, brown sugar, and vinegar. Mix well.
Cover the pan and adjust the heat to a simmer. Let cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve the chili hot with any desired toppings.
