Directions: Place the cold water in a small bowl and sprinkle the gelatin powder over the water. Let stand for 1 minute.
Combine the pudding mix, whipping cream, cream cheese, ricotta cheese, boiling water, and gelatin mixture in a blender. Process for 8-10 minutes or until the pudding is thickened.
Divide the banana cream pudding between individual dessert bowls and chill until set, about 20 minutes.
