Ingredients: 1 stick margarine, softened 1 cup flour, sifted 1 cup pecans, chopped fine or broken pieces- ***FIRST LAYER*** 8 ounces cream cheese 1 cup confectioners' sugar, sifted 1 large (8 ounce size) frozen whipped topping, thawed ***SECOND LAYER*** 1 chocolate instant pudding (or lemon, butterscotch, your choice to vary) 1 vanilla instant pudding mix 3 cups milk
Directions: Crust: Combine margarine, flour, and pecans. Spread in 9- x 13-inch pan and bake 20 minutes in 350 degrees F oven and cool.
Combine First Layer ingredients and spread over cooled crust.
Combine second layer ingredients and spread over the First Layer cream cheese mixture.
Sprinkle any cake decorations on top, if desired.
