Cookies On A Stick

Ingredients:
1 package (15-18 ounce size) any flavor cake mix
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
flat wooden popsicle sticks
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a baking sheet.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, oil, eggs, and flour. Mix well.
Form the cake mixture into balls 2-inches in diameter. Insert a popsicle stick into the bottom of each ball.
Place the cookie balls on the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each one lightly using the bottom of a glass or rolling pin.
Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake at 350 degrees F for 10-12 minutes or until the cookies are set.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 2-3 minutes on the baking sheet then transfer the cookies to a cooling rack. When cool, decorate as desired. Store the cooled cookies on a stick in an airtight container.
