Ingredients: 1 cup milk 1 tub single-serving vanilla yogurt 1 shot espresso 4 ice cubes
Directions: Place all of the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. You can also vary the recipe:
- use low-fat (but sweetened) yogurt and skim milk
- use 2 or 3 shots of espresso for a "red eye"
- add 2 or 3 tablespoons of chocolate syrup for a mocha
- a dash of cinnamon or some maple syrup to mimic one of those incredibly overpriced "vanity" drinks from you-know-where
